Thank you for this enlightment. The Act meant well for we citizen of this country but the pity and sorry story most communities are witnessing is the implemetation of the Act in areas of non delivery of the Health Care Centers and clossal waste of phamarceutical,non-phamacuetical and consumable materials delivered but not made use of because of non delivery of the building to house the centers.A typical example is Ajebandele Iremo Ward 1,Ife Central Local Government Council,Osun State National Primary Health Care Development Agency abadorned Health Care. The construction of the center dates back to the tenure of Alli Pategi as the Director of the Agency. It is not delivered till today. The Community does even know where to place our prayer again. Can you help?
