Facebook friends might remember that a couple of weeks back I informed you of Barr. Rommy Mom’s letter to BEMA demanding to know, under the Freedom of Information Act, how monies intended for the flood relief were disbursed. Well, according to the lawyer, the seven days within which the agency is expected to reply him have expired and the matter has now been filed in court awaiting a hearing date.
